My calling in my ward is Relief Society Secretary. We have a binder that contains our attendance roll, Relief Society newsletters, new member forms and any other information we need to get to the sisters. The binder gets passed around to each sister during Relief Society.
We had an old black binder that was falling apart. The clear compartment sleeves inside the binder that usually held our pencils for roll attendance and our newsletters was all shredded. There was no place to put the pencils and out newsletters slide out all the time. I knew it was time for an update!
I created a new binder for under $20.
I purchased an EverBind Binder from Office Max. It has a more flexible and consumer-friendly shape to it.

I created the front graphic and included some free downloads for you below.
I wanted to get some type of pen/pencil holder for the binder itself. After much research, I settled on these. They are stainless steel pen holder clips.

I glued the holder on the inside of the binder cover for extra hold. I also placed some post-it notes in the clear sleeve in case anyone needs scratch paper.
Then the last folder has forms for new sisters to fill out
I hope these are helpful! Thank you!!!!

These are large JPG files you can print from your browser, or download and insert into a document and add your own textbox over the label part to customize your cover.
