To protect security of your sensitive payment info, and to limit our
liability, we do not keep customer payment information on our server
so we cannot provide access to payment details to our members. This
also includes not transmitting or accepting payment information via
any insecure form such as email, telephone or snail mail.
So, if your old payment information is now invalid, the best thing to
do is to allow your next payment to fail and then re-register on our
secure form. When a payment fails, this will trigger a series of
actions - your subscription will be canceled, your account will be
deleted, and you will receive a notification that it is time to renew
with a link to our registration page. You will also know this has
happened when you are no longer able to login at LDV.
BUT - If you just want to switch your fee to a different card, please
either cancel your current subscription yourself, or use our CONTACT
form to let us know and we will cancel your current subscription
immediately so no further attempt will be made to charge your existing
card. You will still have access till the end of the current
subscription period, then you will need to re-register after the
current subscription period ends. You will not receive a notification,
so wait till you can no longer login and then re-register.
